1. Publisher

2. What the service does

The app helps create cross-stitch charts from photos, browse sample patterns, estimate approximate thread colors/quantities, and prepare PDFs for sharing or printing.

Free and Pro features are described in the store listing and in-app purchase screen. Features can vary by device, operating system, printer, region, and store availability.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal projects or lawful commercial craft production.

You may not copy source code, reverse engineer the app, bypass security or payment controls, resell the app, or use it to violate another person's rights, except where mandatory law expressly permits.

4. Your photos and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your photo and original output. You give the app only the temporary access needed to create a pattern on your device.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to use another person's photograph, art, logo, or character. The app does not grant copyright, trademark, or commercial-use rights in an image.

5. Pro subscriptions and legacy Lifetime Pro entitlement

New Pro sales are offered as auto-renewing Monthly Pro (product ID: fotokanavice_pro_monthly) and Yearly Pro (product ID: fotokanavice_pro_yearly). Target prices in the Türkiye storefront are approximately TRY 199.99 per month and TRY 1,999.99 per year; the price shown by the store at checkout controls because taxes, currency, country, and store price tiers can differ.

The store account is charged when the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews for the same term unless it is cancelled in the applicable store settings before renewal. A cancelled subscription keeps Pro access through the end of the paid period shown by the store.

Lifetime Pro (product ID: fotokanavice_pro_lifetime) is no longer offered for new purchases. Anyone who bought it while it was available keeps a permanent Pro entitlement on the same store account and platform; the product remains recognized only to verify and restore that legacy entitlement.

Apple App Store or Google Play manages payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. The app does not receive card details or request a different payment outside the app.

6. Restore and switching platforms

If you delete and reinstall the app, use Restore purchases with the same Apple ID or Google account. The store verifies an active monthly/yearly subscription or a previously acquired permanent Lifetime Pro entitlement.

This release has no shared app account or cross-platform entitlement server. An Apple purchase cannot automatically transfer to Google Play, or vice versa.

7. Estimates and color accuracy

Chart, finished-size, fabric, and thread calculations are helpful estimates. Fabric structure, strand count, technique, tension, and waste can change the result. Check measurements and materials before starting.

DMC codes and on-screen colors are approximate digital matches and do not replace a physical color card. DMC belongs to its respective trademark owner. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DMC.

8. Unacceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent content or content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You may not manipulate store, device, or purchase security.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or printer. We may update, change, or discontinue features for security, legal, store, or product reasons.

If a paid feature changes materially, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law and store rules.

10. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by mandatory law, the app is provided 'as is.' We are not responsible for incorrect color choices, material over/under-estimates, printer incompatibility, user content, or indirect losses.

These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights. A limitation that is not permitted in your region will not apply there.

11. Termination

Access may be restricted for a serious breach, security abuse, or when law/store rules require it. Purchase and refund rights remain subject to store terms and applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. This clause does not remove mandatory protections available where a consumer lives.

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue. Payment and refund matters processed by Apple or Google follow the applicable store support process.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. For a material change, the new date will appear here and an in-app notice will be provided when required.
